Description
This award recognises a senior player in recognition of their excellent service and commitment to the club both on and off court. They are a positive role model and ambassador who contributes not only as a player but to the overall operation of the club.

Criteria
The selection criteria include:
  • Demonstrates a willingness to be involved in supporting the club by coaching, umpiring, club administration and other duties.
  • Demonstrates a passion and commitment to their team, and club both on and off court.
  • Display leadership skills and gives 100% of her ability at all times.
  • Displays a positive attitude on and off the court and is respected by their team and club.
  • Is respected by their team and other club members.

  • Consistently demonstrates a high level of commitment and dedication to the success of the club.
  • Is willing to lend a hand whenever needed e.g. supporting teams, volunteering, assisting with managing, coaching, umpiring or club administration.
  • Exhibits and promotes fair play and sportsmanship towards all teams.
  • Communicates to players, parents and administration in a positive manner.

Criteria
The selection criteria include:
  • Being organised and reliable at training sessions and games.
  • Actively pursues professional development by attending clinics, seminars, etc.
  • Is focused on the complete development of the player.
  • Recognises all players regardless of ability and highlights areas of skill development and team cohesiveness.
  • Exhibits and promotes fair play and sportsmanship, win or lose.
  • Respected by parents, players, other coaches and umpires.
  • Communicates to players, parents and administration in a positive manner.
