Little Nettys - 3 to 4 Years

Little Nettys is a comprehensive fundamental motor skills program designed specifically for children aged three and four years. It offers a structured approach to enhancing physical and social well-being, utilising the principles of play-based learning and incorporating elements of Netball to diversify the experiences for young participants.

NET Skills Program - 5 to 6 Years

Western Districts has a NET 10-week program of activities and games designed for 5 to 6 years (2026 dates: born 2020/2021) to learn netball related fundamental motor skills as part of Woolworths NetSetGo program.  

This program is tailored for the level of skill of the participants. It is held on Saturday mornings from 8.00am to 9.00am, 2026 dates not yet available. 

The Program Cost in 2025 was $220 (includes NetSetGo pack; a ball and t-shirt for first-time participants, or a drink bottle and drawstring bag for returning participants). 2026 Program Costs not yet available.

Registration is a two-step process.

Step 1: Register with Rangers Netball Club (2025 fee was $40) with the attached link.

NET Plus Program - 6 to 7 Years

2026 Registrations will open in 2026.

In 2026, this program will be for players born 2019/2020. 

Net Plus is a non-competitive, introductory game designed to help players improve their court movement and develop fundamental netball skills.  It ensures that all players have an equal opportunity to participate an eliminates confusion surrounding positions.  Coaches guide the game with the emphasis on encouraging and teaching skills. The Net Plus program runs for the full day season from May to August, 2026.

SET Program - 8 to 9 Years

2026 Registrations will open in 2026.

Players aged between 8 - 9 years (In 2026, born 2017/2018 born) participate in a team with modified rules on a Saturday train on Wednesday afternoons.  

The SET program runs for the full day season from May to August, 2026.

The 2026 Registration Pack will become available in January 2026. In the meantime, please read the 2025 Rangers Netball Club Registration Pack as a guide.

Friendship requests may be considered, please complete the 2025 Friendship Request Form - 7 to 9 year olds form (please refer to the Grading page for friendship requests for players aged 10+ years).

Full team nominations can be submitted for players with a similar standard of netball skills. Full team requests must supply their own team coach and manager. Please complete the 2025 Team Nomination Request Form.
